Chad D. Riley

Chad is the Executive Vice President of Customer Development for North America,  leading  all go-to-market strategies & customer selling teams since 2022.  Chad has over 30 years of Consumer Products Industry experience. He joined Colgate-Palmolive  in 1999. He started his career in sales at Unilever in 1993, where he spent five years holding positions of increasing responsibility.

Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Jackson State University.
